Handmade Silk and Shea Butter Soaps

Our Ingredients - Shea Butter is extracted from the African Karite Tree, contains rich amounts of Vitamins A and E. It is known for healing properties stemming from Vitamins A and E, and cinnamic acid, among others. Shea Butter is an anti-inflammatory and can have a healing effect on rashes, dry skin and eczema. Shea Butter is probably the only ingredient you will ever need on your skin to maintain beautiful, healthy looking skin. Silk is extracted from the fibers of butterfly cocoons. Silk adds dramatically to the smooth, luxurious feeling left on the skin. Goatsmilk contains caprylic acid which aids the skin's mantle in shedding dead skin cells. Goatsmilk helps to balance pH levels and is rich in Vitamin E. Glycerine is extracted by many commercial soap manufacturers to be used to make lotions and creams. Our handcrafted soaps do not remove the glycerine, but leave it in so our soaps retain the moisturizing and softening properties that glycerine affords.
